Lapharrell web based online and onsite tailoring services are based on the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using any of our website services, or ordering from us. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and any updates affecting you or your purchases will be notified to you by us in writing (via email), and on this page.

 

 

1.1. This website is owned and operated by Lapharrell. These terms and conditions allow you to use the affiliated website of Lapharrell. You can even use the website or visit the Lapharrell store and also call on the registered number to purchase the garments.

1.2. An individual purchasing the product or using the Lapharrell website has to follow the Lapharrell policies mentioned on the website. It includes all the terms and conditions including our privacy policy. 

1.3. By accessing, browsing, placing an order, registering with, or using the Lapharrell website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety, it is recommended not to use the website. These Terms and Policies consist of all the conditions adhering to the use of the Website and/or purchase of the Products through our indoor and onsite tailors. 

1.4. Lapharrell reserves the right to vary the Products, the Website, the Terms and/or the Policies, or any component contained therein, at any time in its absolute discretion and without prior notice to the client.  

1.5. Clients aren’t allowed to use the content of the website for any commercial purposes whatsoever. 

 

 

2.1. Lapharrell website mentions about the products on the Website or in the Store, eligible for order placement. 

2.2. On placement of any order with us, it is meant that you constitute an offer to purchase such Products.

2.3. The situation when your order isn’t accepted by Lapharrell, comprises of following condition:

 If the complete payment for the purchase of products, including the delivery and other charges is not done in totality. Lapharrell holds the right, prior to dispatch of the order, to decline it for any reason, including the legal compliances. 

2.4. In case when required products are not available with Lapharrell, you can:

Get the product replaced with another product of the same price. Lapharrell will on the other hand hold the order process of the previous order. 

 

 

3.1. On placing the order with us, you agree to pay Lapharrell the price assigned to the garment along with the other additional costs mentioned on the Website. You are also liable to pay government taxes and duties added after the order.  

3.2. On submission of the order, you have to pay the price of the order. 

3.3. We accept the payment in debit/credit card, PayPal and direct credit form. Lapharrell has paypal and stripe facility to ensure the safety and security of your information. For this purpose, third-party payment can be charged from you. Also, for online transactions, Lapharrell uses Secure Socket Layering technology so that any of your payment information is not stored on our website.

3.4. Lapharrell has the authority to change the prices of the Products, in its absolute discretion and without any prior notice to you. The changes in prices will be applied to all orders for which you agree upon.

3.5. In case you have given fraud payment details, Lapharrell has the right to cancel the order and refuse the supply of products in the future, as well.

3.6. On an agreement to pay a deposit for securing the garment from our on-site tailors or online website:

• Lapharrell will ask you to pay the deposit amount

• You have to pay this amount to Lapharrell. 

• Once the confirmation is given and the payment is received, your order is considered secured. 

• You need to submit the order and pay the price, within a reasonable time of paying the Deposit. In case you fail to do so, Lapharrell may cancel the arrangement

 

 

4.1. According to the compliance of these terms, Lapharrell is bound to supply the products mentioned in any particular order. 

4.2. The order is delivered to the address that you provide while placing the order. For confirmation, deliveries will need your signature for authentication. Once the order is delivered to your nominated address, ownership/risk of any Products in the Order passes to you.

If no one is available at the nominated address at the time of delivery, our courier will advise whether your order has been left in a specified safe place, or returned to the depot/post office.

4.3. Delivery time and charges for delivery vary depending on the products ordered, your delivery address and country, and the delivery services available. These are the factors outside of Lapharrell’s control. 

Lapharrell is thus, released from liability for any failure to deliver products when specified if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control. 

4.4. The case wherein you do not receive an Order within fourteen (14) days of the date when you receive the confirmation from Lapharrell, that the Order has been shipped, please send an email to Lapharrell for taking the rightful action. 

4.5. In case of an error performed by the delivery company and order got lost, Lapharrell will replace the entire order. However, if you did not receive your Order due to incorrect address mention, or any other breach, act or omission on your part, then Lapharrell has no obligation to replace the Order.

4.6. In case your order includes multiple products, you agree that they might be sent separately, according to the availability. 

4.7 The average delivery time from the date of order is 6 to 8 weeks, some orders may take longer. Lapharrell does not guarantee a certain delivery time however if the orders takes more then 8 weeks we will usually inform you of the reason of delay. 

 

 

5.1. In case your order gets delayed for reasons beyond our control, Lapharrell will make every effort to keep you informed.

5.2. Lapharrell is however, not liable to you for such a delay in delivery when specified in advance.

 

 

6.1. You agree to Lapharrell's alterations, remake, refund, return and shipping policies as specified in our website.   

6.2. You agree that all orders once placed on the website or during in person meeting with our sales team - onsite service are 100% non refundable and cannot be cancelled.  

6.3 You agree that charges for postage of your Order are non-refundable. Costs that you incur for returning the product will not fall under the liability of Lapharell. You can return your online order through the post at your own cost. 

6.4. Only if Lapharrell Management approves of a products to be returned then they must be sent to Lapharrell in their original condition. The product should not be worn, washed or altered in any form. 

6.5. Lapharrell takes note of the potential misuse of its returns policy, only applicable at management discretion, If Lapharrell finds out that the return policy is misused, Lapharrell has the authority to refuse your request and/or restrict or cancel your access to the Website or the Products.

6.6. The refund is done once Lapharrell verifies the product returned. It is also checked if you have followed the terms and Policies properly. 

 

 

7.1. Your order can be canceled by Lapharrell at any time before ownership of the Products passing to you. In such a case, Lapharrell will refund you any money that you have paid for those Products within fourteen (14) days.

7.2. If you want to cancel an order, you will have to send an email request to Lapharrell for processing your cancellation. Orders once placed in the system or during a personal visit cannot be cancelled or refunded.  It is purely at the discretion of Lapharrell Management to determine if the orders can be cancelled and refund be processed. Also, if your order has already been processed, you are not entitled to cancel the Order. In other circumstances, Lapharrell may agree to cancel the Order, in such a case, you will get a refund of the price of the canceled order. Lapharrell will process the refund within 14 days of receipt of the products.

7.3. Damaged or wrong order

You need to check all the products you ordered are received correctly against your order.

Return the product to Lapharrell as soon as you find out that the product order is wrong or damaged. Your order will get replaced or you may get a refund.

7.4. Order modification 

You need to send us an email before dispatch of the order in case of any change in the order in required. In most cases the order cannot be modified, send us an email with in 24 hours from the order time, if you think you have ordered wrong and we will try to make the changes requested, additional charges may apply if there is an upgrade in the requirement or service. 

 

 

8.1. From time to time you may get promo code options from Lapharrell. This will be subject to certain terms and conditions determined by Lapharrell. 

8.2. For each order one promo code is applied. 

8.3. Lapharrell has the right to cancel, modify or cease the promo code in case it is misused, wrongly copied or distributed. 

 

 

9.1. You agree to Lapharrell gift card terms and conditions. 

9.2. Gift cards can be redeemed at Lapharrell stores and website. E-Gift cards (Online Gift Vouchers) can only be redeemed online.

9.3. Lapharell may offer gift cards for sale, at specified prices, to be used to purchase our products. Lapharrell has the right to impose any conditions on Gift Cards.

9.4. You can use the gift card in conjunction with a transaction to purchase products of a higher value than the amount mentioned on the card.

9.5. You cannot exchange it for its cash value, or used it to buy another gift card or e-gift card.

9.6. Only one gift card or e-gift card can be redeemed under one transaction.

9.7. Kindly note down that:

Physical and e- gift cards expire after one year from the purchase date if the date is not mentioned. 

9.8. If your order:

Exceed the value of the Gift Card; you will be liable to pay any additional amounts, in addition to postage charges; 

Or

Are lower than the value of the Gift Card, the balance will be shown in your Gift card. On the expiry of the gift card, the remaining balance will get canceled. 

 

Lapharrell reserves the right to amend the conditions of gift cards and e-gift cards at any time and take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if, in its discretion, it seems such action necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

10.1. By accessing, browsing, placing an order on, registering with, or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these conditions in their entirety. Do not use the website, if you do not agree to the terms and conditions. 

10.2. Your use of this website is governed by all legal notices on this website together with all applicable terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy.

10.3. You can use the website only for lawful purposes and you may not use it in a way that infringes on the rights of anyone else or that restricts or inhibits anyone else's enjoyment of the website.

10.4. Without our prior written consent, you are not authorized to copy or edit the content of the website other than your personal use.

10.5. You agree to provide accurate and complete information to Lapharrell while using the website. 

10.6. You agree that you have chosen to use the Website and/or purchase the Products of your own free will.

10.7. By using the website, you agree to maintain the security of any passwords and login information for the Website. 

 

 

11.1. You are not allowed to use another user’s account without authorization.

11.2. You cannot infringe a third party’s intellectual property or other rights;

11.3. You are not allowed to make derogatory remarks or comments about or do anything which can be unfavorable to Lapharrell. 

11.4. If you hack into any aspect of the Website or Lapharrell’s business and/or corrupt data through phishing or any other mode, Lapharrell has the right to take strict action against you. 

 

 

12.1. If you have a complaint regarding a products or the customer service you received in-person, you can complain to our support team enquiry@lapharrell.com who can deal with it appropriately.

12.2. If your complaint is about the Lapharrell website or products kindly contact our customer service. 

 

 

13.1. You are not allowed to sell or supply any product(s) purchased from us in an unlawful manner, or for your commercial benefits. All images and content on our website is proprietary to Lapharrell and cannot be used by you.

 

 

Lapharrell has the right to change and update these terms and conditions from time to time. It is advised that you must visit the page every time in order to stay informed of the current terms and conditions that apply to your use of the website.
